The material enters the classifier through the air suction device, and the particles are classified by the centrifugal force generated by the classification wheel and the gravity generated by the airflow guide device.

 

1. High classification efficiency: the ultra-fine particles can be separated from d97 = 5-250 microns most efficiently. Compared with other classifiers, the classification efficiency is increased by more than 30%.
2. Strong dispersion: It is the best solution for materials with viscosity, agglomeration, poor fluidity and light specific gravity.
3. The grading range D97 = 5-100 microns is adjustable.

4. Processing capacity of 0.05-50t / h models is available.
